By Resolution, the City of Urbana and Cunningham Township use wages as unswayable by the Illinois Department of Labor (IDOL). The 2018 resolutions are RESOLUTION NO. 2018-6-024R and RESOLUTION NO. T-2018-06-007R respectively. All contractors on City of Urbana public works projects and are required to pay at least this wage to employees utilized on those projects. The Illinois Department of Labor’s most recent prevailing wage rates were published an August 31, 2017 with an constructive stage of September 1, 2017.
